Warehouse Direct Return Policy
RETURNABLE ITEMS
Standard Stock Items without expiration dates
Full credit for returns, without re-stocking charges, will be provided per the following terms.
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Merchandise returned must be accompanied by original packaging, in re-saleable condition with no damage or usage to packaging or product.
Partial credit for returns, with 25% restocking fee, will be provided per the following terms.
- Returns must be made within 31-45 days from the date of purchase.
- Merchandise returned must be accompanied by original packaging, in re-saleable condition with no damage or usage to packaging or product.
Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Merchandise – If a product was received in unsatisfactory condition or damaged upon receipt, the return request must be placed within 7 business days of the original delivery. Upon inspection of the returned product, a full credit will be issued, or a replacement will be delivered.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Food, beverages, and pharmaceutical supplies- For safety reasons, these items are not returnable.
Non- Food, beverages, and pharmaceutical Items with an Expiration Date – Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise returned must be accompanied by original packaging, unopened, in re-saleable condition with no damage or usage to packaging or product.
Furniture, Custom, Special-Orders and Items Requiring Assembly- These items may not be returned if the correct product was delivered as ordered and in satisfactory condition upon order and delivery. These items are custom manufactured, made to order and or are not stocked by Warehouse Direct.
Items purchased greater than 45 days past- There are no returns on items purchased greater than 45 days.
Volume or Bulk Purchases – Purchases exceeding customer’s historical WD purchase history are not returnable.
